Condo updates. Appears that siding has been installed throughout and painted in many areas. Battleship grey is a good choice as the place feels about as sturdy as an aircraft carrier. I parked below-decks because the crew was swabbing the parking lot deck with some sort of covering. Note in the photo the placement of the parking curbs. Could we be due for a layout change?

The new porch railings improve the looks of the building!

Paul reports from the coast. Arrived on Thursday. Tomas helped Paul get into the underground garage. The code is different than the most recent report. See Paul for details.

Carpet removed in exterior hallway. Worker on the porch until about 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.

It will rain a lot over the next two days. Someone put a carved head made from sea kelp on the steps near the beach. New window installed in the bedroom. It now might allow egress? They still need to put framing around it. Got any questions? Send them to Paul.
